Return and Refund Policy

At MT Altaş İnşaat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Returns and exchanges for purchases made through our online store are processed in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. Return requests must be notified to us in writing or via our official communication channels within this period.

2. Return Conditions

The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a condition that allows it to be resold.
The original invoice, warranty certificate, and any accessories included with the product must be returned in full.
Important Note: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared according to the customer's specific requests or personal needs (e.g., custom-cut stones, custom-mixed epoxy products, etc.).

3. Return Process and Shipping Costs

In the case of defective (damaged, faulty, or incorrect) products, the return shipping cost is covered by MT Altaş İnşaat. For returns where the customer exercises the right of withdrawal without a specific reason, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Returned products must be shipped to our address in Akyurt, Ankara via our contracted shipping company.

4. Refund Process Once the returned product reaches our facility and is inspected by our technical team, a return approval is issued. Approved refunds are processed within 7 (seven) business days using the original payment method (Credit Card, EFT/Wire Transfer). The time it takes for these funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's procedures.

Software Licensing and Cancellation Terms

1. Software Licensing and Usage Principles All copyrights for the MT-Altaş ProMetraj V21.3 Enterprise Software belong to MT Altaş İnşaat. License holders are required to use the software within the framework of the relevant licensing agreement.

2. Advertising and Content Standards (Important) Transparency and user safety are essential on all web pages where the MT-Altaş ProMetraj V21.3 software is installed or utilized. In this context:

Displaying misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate advertisements on pages containing the software is strictly prohibited.
In accordance with our licensing agreement, licenses of users who violate these advertising standards will be permanently revoked, and the commercial relationship with the associated web pages will be terminated.

3. License Cancellation Terms In the event of non-compliance with the rules specified in the "MT-Altaş ProMetraj V21.3" licensing agreement:

Access to the service will be immediately suspended upon detection of violations.
We reserve the right to permanently cancel the licenses of websites that do not comply with misleading advertising policies, without any refund.

4. Software Return Policy As software products are considered digital content, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the license key has been delivered and activated. However, in cases where the software is technically non-functional or does not meet the promised specifications, you may contact our technical support team to request an investigation.
