Return and Refund Policy

At MT Altaş İnşaat, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for products purchased through www.mtaltasinsaat.com.

1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Period

Under international consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision via email or our contact form within this period.

2. Conditions for Returns

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
All original documents, including the invoice, warranty certificates, and any accessories, must be included in the return package.
Exclusions: Please note that custom-made products, items cut to specific measurements (e.g., custom-sized stones or epoxy mixtures), and personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, MT Altaş İnşaat will cover all return shipping costs.
Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind): If you are returning a product under your right of withdrawal (without defect), the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Items should be shipped to our logistics center in Ankara, Turkey after receiving a return authorization from our team.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Wire Transfer, etc.). Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the transaction to appear on your statement.
