Yavuz bey bende Ankara’da bahçem için MT Altaş İnşaat’tan karo taşı yaptırdım. Ürünlerden genel olarak memnundum ancak sonrasında birkaç karonun oynadığını fark ettim. Firmayı arayıp durumu anlattım. Açıkçası bu kadar hızlı ilgileneceklerini beklemiyordum.
Ertesi gün geleceklerini söylediler. Ben o sırada bahçede değildim. Sabah saat 9 gibi WhatsApp’tan, değiştirdikleri karoların fotoğraflarını gönderdiler. Üstelik beni arayıp başka bir sorun olup olmadığını da sordular.
İşcilik sonrasında böyle ilgilenmeleri gerçekten hoşuma gitti. Sorun çıkınca müşteriyi uğraştırmak yerine gelip işi düzeltmeleri bence önemli. Özellikle Burhan Bey’e ilgisi ve takibi için teşekkür ederim. Ankara’da karo taşı yaptırmayı düşünenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
